Applications for the 2019 Mistletowne Market juried show are now available. Mistletowne Market is located in Macken Park, at the Parks and Recreation Center 1201 Clark Ferguson Drive. North Kansas City, Missouri. Our winter exhibition is a smaller indoor scale of our summer Arts in the Park Festival. We seek dedicated artists and makers; this indoor show is open to artists who produce original, hand-made, fine art and we welcome makers working in long-standing traditions, artists on the cutting edge, and newly emerging artists.
Arts in the Park is open to artists whose fine art and maker goods are original, handcrafted work in any of the categories below. Artists may apply in these categories:

• 3D Mixed Media
• Digital 2D Art
• Fiber-Decorative & Wearable
• Functional Metalwork
• 2D Mixed Media
• Musical Instruments
• Leather Maker
BUY/SELL, IMPORTED, OR PRODUCTION WORK IS NOT PERMITTED.
• Deadline submissions: Wednesday, October 9, 2019
• Jury date: Thursday, October 10, 2019
• Notifications: Within 5 days of Jury Date
• Load in: Thursday November 21st Noon to 8pm
*A table will be provided. Vendors must be set up all three days
Applications will be reviewed by a jury comprised of selected individuals from varied backgrounds who embrace the philosophy and goals of the Festival. Artwork for Art in the Park will be selected based on originality, personal voice, technical skill, and booth/table presentation.
Commission/sales tax: No commission is taken on sales. Artists are responsible for their own sales tax.
The Festival is promoted locally to the art-buying public through television, newspapers, radio, press releases, websites, and social media.

All applications will be submitted online. All applications will be juried with the photos provided. Artists must submit a booth table shot of their setup.
Payment for Application
To ensure that the jury sees your entry, your non-refundable entry fee of $15.00 must be paid online when you complete your application.
All artwork must be for sale.
Reproductions of the artist’s original work must be marked as such.
Artists must be present in their booth during show hours. They must keep their booth intact during the entire show. Volunteers are available to provide short breaks during the show.
Artists must provide display equipment that is of sound construction. Artists who have an electric booth/tables must supply their own extension cords and coverings for them. Arts in the Park is not responsible for Loss or Damage.
