Food Concessions
This year, the festival expands its cultural offerings with cuisine from countries and cultures represented by the Kansas City Ethnic Enrichment Commission—bringing the sights, sounds, and flavors of the world to the heart of North Kansas City. The food booths selected for this year’s festival are Ireland, Germany, Jamaica, Laos, Kenya, and Colombia. KC Poppers will also be selling kettle corn throughout the festival.
